Vanessa Weiner, RMT,  is a Registered Massage Therapist and Licensed Esthetician with over 2000 hours of training. She has worked as a massage therapist in Colorado for the past ten years, and as an esthetician for the past four years. She is passionate about the medicinal and restorative elements of both massage and skincare.

Vanessa began her career working in a spine and injury center, performing therapeutic medical massage, focusing on pre and post surgery and rehab. Since receiving her Associates degree in massage therapy, Vanessa has had a passion for practicing prenatal massage. In 2004 Vanessa helped found the prenatal massage program at Presbyterian St. Luke’s Hospital in Denver. This program offers in-patient massage therapy to women hospitalized for high-risk pregnancies and deliveries. Vanessa continues to run this program today. “Having the opportunity to work with moms in all stages of pregnancy not only helps moms feel their best but improves the lives of everyone who surrounds them."

Vanessa’s passion for massage and helping people has brought to the spa industry as well. In 2005, she helped open one of Denver’s premier four-star spas, and worked there for over six years.

Vanessa continues to expand her scope of practice by pursuing education in advanced massage therapy modalities as well as in skin care. In 2008, Vanessa obtained her esthetician license and began to incorporate skin care into her practice then. Vanessa points out, “Working with skin care along with massage therapy helps my clients feel their best both inside and out.”

In 2010 Vanessa attended the Colorado School of Healing Arts to receive her lymphatic massage certification. Lymphatic massage is a very specialized massage practice that helps circulate and detoxify the lymph system. This added tool has become an essential component to both her skincare and massage practice.

Vanessa constantly uses her wealth of knowledge and experience to enhance the health and well- being of her clients. Her passion for prenatal massage and women's health and well-being make her a perfect addition to the Acupuncture Denver team.
