Body-Mind-Spirit

The Valley Spirit never dies. It is named the Mysterious Female. And the Doorway of the Mysterious Female is the base from which Heaven and Earth sprang. It is there within us all the while; draw upon it as you will, it never runs dry.

From its very roots, Traditional Chinese Medicine is a holistic, body-mind-spirit based medicine. Keeping this tradition in mind, we strive to stay grounded in this approach by emphasizing not only physical, but emotional and spiritual blocks to wellness in our practice. In addition to using acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine, we will address your dietary habits, lifestyle issues, and emotional well-being in our comprehensive treatment plan. We may recommend breathing practices, meditation, yoga, counseling, self-care regimens, supplements and exercise as well as opening up a dialogue about what gets in the way for you when it comes to living your live with more authenticity and joy.
