Since receiving her license in 2009, Megan has worked extensively in the Chinese herb industry, serving as an herbal consultant and educator for Kan Herb Company for several years. During this time, she traveled internationally, training professionals across many disciplines on the safe and effective use of Chinese herbs in medical practice. Megan started clinical practice in 2011, serving as co-founder and proprietor of Communi-Qi Acupuncture, a community acupuncture clinic in Santa Cruz. The combination of working in the herbal field along with honing her clinical knowledge in the heavy patient load of community acupuncture is where she cultivated her passion for treating women"s health issues.

Since that time, Megan has obtained extensive post-graduate training in the women"s health field and pain management. She enjoys working with women to create realistic health goals that help them discover a renewed relationship with life. Megan moved to the Denver area in 2017 to continue to cultivate her spiritual growth with her longtime Buddhist teacher. She is a lifelong Buddhist practitioner. She enjoys spending time with her 4 year old, yoga and the great outdoors.
