On arrival I will ask you a few questions to see where your body is and what you are wanting out of the session that day. At the beginning of each session, I’ll step out to wash my hands, and let you undress to your comfort level. You will be draped at all times. Each session will be different. There will always be spots that we tend to gather stress- but life is different every day, and our needs change because of that. It’s your session, so if something doesn’t feel right or you have any questions, just ask!
